When will my first box arrive?
This month’s boxes are being packed now. We deliver Australia-wide, and we’ll let you know the day yours is on its way.
What do I get each month?
A new theme every month, with a handful of real things to make, grow, read, cook and write, plus a brand-new issue of the magazine with a letter from us inside. The mix changes each month, so no two boxes are the same.
Can I cancel?
Cancel anytime through your account, or reply to any email and we will do it for you. No phone calls, no guilt, no notice period. Cancel before your next charge and you won’t be billed again. The one exception: once your box has been packed or is on its way, that month can’t be refunded — the box is still yours and we’ll still send it. Every box is picked and packed by hand for a named member, so once it’s made up it can’t go back on the shelf.
What if it isn’t right?
Tell us and we will refund you.
When am I charged?
You are charged today when you join, then on the same date each month. Your price stays $99 for as long as you are a member.
Do you post everywhere in Australia?
Yes, anywhere in Australia — delivery is included in the $99, so there is nothing added at checkout. (We’re Australia-only for now.)
Can I gift one?
Absolutely. Use the same checkout and add the recipient’s address and a note, or write to us and we’ll arrange a gift card.
