The Family Offline Reset · digital kit
You want your kids off their screens. Start with yours.
Everything you need to get your family, and yourself, offline more. Short pages on the why (the stats, the psychology, what kids need at each age), then 14 days of tiny challenges, bingo, cards and a star chart for the fridge.
- Instant download
- 5 minutes a day
- No subscription

We’ve all tried the obvious things.
- Screen-time limits.
- “Put the iPad down, please.”
- Threatening to turn off the wifi.
But kids don’t pick up screen habits on their own. They pick them up at the dinner table, in the car and on the couch, from us. So this reset starts with the grown-ups, then changes the house so the offline option is the easy one.
How it works
Everything you need, in three parts.
The real numbers, the psychology behind the scroll, what it’s doing to us grown-ups, and what kids need at each age. Six short pages, all sourced.
A quiz about your own phone habits, house rules the whole family writes, answers to the “but…”s, and one tiny challenge a day.
Bingo, 24 activity cards for the jar, 50 offline ideas, a star chart, a phone parking sign and a certificate for the end.

Questions
How old do the kids need to be?
It works from preschool to teens. The guide has example house rules for little ones, primary-school kids and teenagers, and most of the ideas work for any age.
Do we have to give up screens?
No. The point is more offline time and better habits, not a screen-free house. Movie night stays.
I need my phone for work. Will this still work?
Yes. There’s a page of quick answers for work phones, school laptops and the other grown-up who isn’t convinced yet.
How do I get it?
Straight after you pay you’ll get a download page, and we’ll email you the PDF as well. Print the fun bits on ordinary paper, or keep it all on your phone.
Is this a subscription?
No. It’s one payment of $29, and nothing renews.
Start with the grown-ups.
Fourteen tiny challenges, a star chart and a lot more to do. Instant download.
